Residents place their trash in provided containers outside their doors on designated service nights. Our Collection Specialists pick up the trash and dispose of it in the community's dumpster.
Our service runs from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
For large items or bulk trash, please contact your property management office for special pickup arrangements. This service may require an additional fee.
We collect regular household trash and recycling. However, hazardous materials, large items, and unbagged trash are not accepted.
